Combat requires one to creatively and aggressively solve problems.  As the enemy adapts to your plan you must remain flexible and identify emerging opportunities, adapting faster than your adversary.  2020 hit small businesses hard as COVID-19 impacted the nation.  Foot traffic for independent bookstores went to zero as they were forced to shut down in response to the pandemic.  This year they are on the rebound!  To help these local independent bookstores recover from a tough year I recently conducted a campaign to drive traffic to these small businesses through a limited-edition bookplate.
